The Team Model

Four roles, each with a clear purpose.

National Certified Public Mediator

Your Neutral Guide

The mediator facilitates the process, helps identify issues, keeps discussions productive and assists the parties in working toward voluntary agreements.

The mediator is neutral and does not represent, advise or advocate for either party.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Your Family Specialist

Family transition can be difficult. An LMFT can provide appropriate support related to communication, family dynamics and co-parenting.

Therapy is not automatically part of mediation and is provided only when separately and appropriately engaged. The LMFT is not the children's therapist unless separately engaged.

Certified Divorce Financial Analyst

Your Financial Specialist

Divorce can create significant financial decisions. A CDFA can help organize financial information and analyze potential settlement scenarios.

Financial analysis is not investment, tax or legal advice unless provided by an appropriately licensed and engaged professional.

Arizona Family-Law Attorney

Your Legal Resource

Arizona family-law counsel can provide legal information, legal advice or document review through an appropriately structured attorney-client relationship.

The attorney does not represent both spouses. Each party may choose to obtain independent legal advice.
